The Hon. Prime Minister Dr Barnabas Sibusiso Dlamini has noted that faster economic growth, that will to create more jobs, reduce poverty and generate more resources for Government service delivery, will come from the development of small, medium and micro-scale enterprises sector. He says the youth has a huge role to play in developing SME’s.
The Prime Minister was speaking at a fundraising dinner for the Junior Achievement programme which has now been extended to reach 6000 high school students across the country from 4000 the previous year.
The Hon. Prime Minister Dr Barnabas Sibusiso Dlamini says Government is committed to address the issue of food security. Government has launched a food security programme targeting orphaned and vulnerable children starting with 80 chiefdoms in the four regions of the Kingdom.
The Prime Minister inspected one of the projects at Sibuyeni chiefdom where maize and beans were planted through Government assistance to help feed needy children in the community.
