PRESS STATEMENT

The Ministry wishes to congratulate Fisokuhle Maseko (100 metres Gold), Njabuliso Linda Motsa (50 metres Bronze) and Mancoba Magagula (50 metres Bronze) on their remarkable achievement of winning medals at the Special Olympics in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We join the rest of the nation in hailing the efforts of these brave and talented children of EmaSwati who have put the country’s name on the world map. It is our utmost belief that their exploits in Abu Dhabi have set the tone for further sporting excellence for Eswatini in 2019.

The Ministry is happy with the overall effort and commitment shown by all Emaswati athletes that participated in the Games and looks forward to welcoming them back as heroes.
