US-Administration

  1. Deploy staff within the Ministry and Missions abroad and manages the procedures for assessing performance.
  2. Organize and supervises the activities of the country’s diplomatic missions and consulates.
  3. Advises on human resources administration, and ensures compliance on policies and procedures on personnel issues (both locally and abroad).
  4. Ensure compliance with International Labour Laws to avoid litigation.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of the Ministry’s strategic plan.
  6. Ensure timely preparation of departmental budgets in order to facilitate acquisition of financial resources.
  7. Communicate new administrative procedures and policies through the government communication channels.
