The appointment of these officers does not mean that those who have been here all along should pull back. We plead for your co-operation in this regard,” said the Principal Secretary. He explained that government was steeped in timely decision making so that the efficiency gain is not affected. “Administration is a combination of efficiency and delegation of authority and these tenets need to be carried out efficiently for the SNLS to succeed in its mandate to capacitate the nation with information that will see the end of information poverty, resulting in development unusual among citizens,” Principal Secretary Dlamini said. He also emphasized the importance of respect between staff members, regardless of their designation.

On behalf of the staff, Mfanafuthi Shongwe extended a warm welcome to the new Heads and pledged support to both the Director and her Deputy. Joy Maziya was stationed at the Swaziland National Archives at Lobamba, while Jabu Tsabedze was stationed at the Vocational and Commercial Training Institute (VOCTIM) in Matsapha.
