The Royal Science and Technology Park Act, 2012 has been passed into Law. The Act received Royal consent on the 17^th of October 2012 and was passed into law on the 2^nd November 2012.The act seeks to provide for the establishment of the Royal Science and Technology Park for the furtherance of science and related development; provide for the integration of technology; assimilation of new technology; production of new  knowledge by providing research and development facilities for a wide range of areas and to  also provide for other matters incidental thereto.
