The  Ministry  of  Labour  &  Social  Security  would  like to  invite you to  tender for  the  Hotel &

Conferencing Facilities Tender No_ 85 of 2022/23 .

This document cost Three Hundred Emalangeni only (E300.00) payable at Eswatini Revenue Offices. The account number is 40/1/2001/21990_ Your company is hereby invited to submit a tender for the above-mentioned  procurement, closing date is Friday the 14th October, 2022 at

9.00 am. It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm_ The tender shall follow the instruction in the attached Invitation to Tender document and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, which must be marked as follows : 'The Secretary to Eswatini Government Tender Board, Treasury Building, Mhlambanyatsi Road, Mbabane' "Ministry of Labour Social Security, Department of Social Security Tender No. 85 of 2022/23 for Supply of Hotel & Conferencing Facilities; "Do not open before Friday the 14th October, 2022 at 9.00 am."

The bidding document will be evaluated as detailed in the Invitation to Tender document , and the resulting contract will be as specified in part 3 of the document

The tender must be delivered to the offices of the Eswatini Government Tender Board, Treasury Building, Mhlambanyatsi Road, Mbabane Swaziland by 9:00 am on the 14th October , 2022 and deposited in the Treasury Tender Box. Tender not deposited in the Treasury Tender Box, as well as deposited late, will not be considered . Tenderers and their representatives may attend the tender opening.

All documents specified in 'Instruction to Tenders' must  accompany the Tender including the following documents _

  • A Hand written Original and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for Government Tender ;
  • Tender Security Form to the value of E5 000.00 (Five Thousand Emalangeni) original Bank Security Bond;
  • The Original General Receipt for E300.00 (Three Hundred Emalangeni);
  • Copy of a Valid Trading License;
  • One original tender document , two copies of tender document ;
  • Copy of Valid Certificate of Labour Compliance
    • Director's Original Police Clearance Certificate or affidavit for company directors ;
    • Copy of Current Form J and Form C
    • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent.

    • Director's Certified Copies of National Identification Document
    • Copy of Valid ENPF Compliance Certificate

    The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any proposal.
