MALINDZA: The Ministry of Home Affairs has partnered with Rotary Club of Mbabane- Mbuluzi to build a Youth Centre complex for local refugees at Malindza Reception Centre using innovative and renewable resources.

The two storey building will house an art studio, music and dance centre, training centre, health centre facility and language lab. It will further house a game room, computer centre, library, cinema room and study room. The facility will benefit all local refugees and local surrounding communities.

During the presentation held at Malindza Refugee Centre, the Minister of Home Affairs Her Royal Highness Princess Tsandzile noted that such an initiative is in line with the development of the country’s rural setting.

The refugee centre’s resident youth will be trained to run and maintain the youth centre under the portfolios of centre manager, facilities manager and marketing manager.
