- Please note that all other border posts which do not appear in the extension list will operate normal.
- The Ministry understands that during this times there is an increase in travelers’ movement leaving and entering Eswatini hence additional staff and a fully equipped mobile office will be deployed especially to Ngwenya Border Posts to ensure efficient service delivery. People will not have to wait longer than expected through the checkpoint. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service delivery in a corrupt free environment. Part of the delivery is minimizing delays at crossings and undocumented travellers as well as those possessing fraudulent documents.
- We urge ‘Travelers’ to plan accordingly and check documents timeously to avoid unnecessary delays at ports.
