GOVERNMENT’S POSITION ON CIVIL SERVANTS SALARIES
Following a Cabinet meeting today, Government wishes to announce the following;

 

1.Civil Servants will be paid on normal dates in the month of November 2011.

 

2. Government has secured loans from the domestic market which includes financial institutions and private companies to facilitate the payment of civil servants in time.

3. As Government we remain committed to meeting our obligations towards the welfare of the Swazi Nation inspite of the serious fiscal challenges the country is facing.
