  • Conduct Records /Archives Awareness campaigns and training workshops for both Public and Private Sectors;
  • Registry lay out and design services;
  • Search-room services for consulting all archival record formats;
  • Presentations on the role of Records and Archives Management to organisations;
  • Conduct lectures on selected themes pertaining to Swazi history;
  • Tailor-made annual exhibitions for both primary schools and secondary /high schools: where archival sources are displayed to reinforce the theory gained in normal classroom learning sessions;
  • Guided educational tours of the National Archives facility for visiting primary/ secondary/ high schools and tertiary institutions;
  • Photocopying services are charged only for cost recovery and in strict adherence to the Copyright Act (1912) provisions. The use of personal cameras and other electronic devices is limited by copyright restrictions;
  • Reprographic services for photographic reprints;
  • Facilitation of research through collection of oral traditions; and
  • Conference facilities at reasonable cost;
