The Hon. Prime Minister Dr Barnabas Sibusiso Dlamini has launched  an Institute of Accountants magazine, the first of its kind in the Kingdom.

The Prime Minister says the exponential rise in the number of Swazi Chartered accountants is impressive, saying the launch of the magazine is another step towards enriching the accountancy profession.

His Majesty King Mswati III says the priority for the criminal justice sector is to make the Kingdom of E-Swatini a safer place and free communities from crime and fear.

The King says in order for this to happen, “the Correctional Services has to put in place systems to measure and prove the value of its contribution to the prevention of crime as we move towards vision 2022.”

His Majesty was speaking at the 7th Correctional Services Day in Matsapha.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Energy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Relief & Development (IRD) and other cooperating partners for the provision of facilities for easy access to safe drinking water and basic sanitation in rural areas.

 

The MOU was signed by the Director of Water Affairs Obed Ngwenya on behalf of Government.
