Proposals For Provision Of The Elderly Life Insurance Cover
Tender 3 of 2022/23
The Deputy Prime Minister’s Office through its Department of Social Welfare invites Tenders for the Request for Proposals for provision of the elderly insurance cover.
Tenders must be accompanied by a receipt of a non-refundable E 300 (Three Hundred Emalangeni) which should be paid at Mbabane Revenue Office, Treasury Building in account number 062/1201/10504
PAYMENTS NOT MADE INTO THIS ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
The proposal shall consist of a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal, which shall be in separate sealed envelopes. The two envelopes must be enclosed in a sealed outer envelope.

Tender Number 3 of 2022/23.– Proposals for Provision of The Universal Elderly Life Insurance Cover “Do not open before Friday 6th May 2022, 09:00. hours. Late, telegraphic, electronic and faxed tenders will not be considered. Tenderers may attend the opening procedure.
Proposals will be evaluated on a “Quality and Cost basis”, as detailed in the Request for Proposals document, and the resulting contract will be a lump sum, as specified in the document. The proposal should be deposited in the Treasury Tender box situated at the Treasury Building Mbabane before 6th May 2022 09:00 am. Late proposals will not be considered.
A compulsory Pre-Tender briefing will be held on Thursday the 21st April 2022 at the Deputy Prime Minister’s Conference Room 10:00hrs.
The documents specified in the Instructions to Tenderers including the General receipt of SZL300, original Tax Clearance Certificate, Trading License, Form J, Form C, Labor Compliance Certificate, ENPF Compliance Certificate, police clearance certificate for all Directors, certificate of incorporation, and a Tender Security form of SZL 50, 000.00 (signed by financial institution) must be enclosed in the tender envelope.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
